How To Eliminate Omo-Onile Troubles & Wahala When Buying Land in Nigeria - Part II

THIRD: Why is Site and Service Scheme The best?

If you look at what is happening today in several places like Lagos, Ogun and Abuja, you'll find out that several estates are springing up in informal ways... A gated estate on a large parcel of land holds so much value for homeowners and residents. The developers of these estates create the road network, the layout and the responsibility of making the entire estate a liveable area. By this, the developer have increased the standard of living in this place. That means, they have created an urban community in a gated estate.

With this kind of housing scheme, you are no longer afraid of omo-onile because the developer is the one taking such risk. He would have appeased the various factions in the land-owning families and have paid their various dues from foundation to roofing stage.

How To Eliminate Omo-Onile Troubles & Wahala When Buying Land From Nigeria- Part I

My Dear Maverick Landlord,

Let me be upfront with you about my intentions today - I want to give so much information about saving yourself about saving yourself and family from omo-onile troubles and wahala, right here for free that it will make you say, 'whoa! if this is what he gives away for free, imagine what I' get if i buy his stuff or attend his seminar."

One of the biggest hurdles I have seen and heard people face in the course of trying to invest in the Nigerian Real Estate Market or while trying to build their own house is the Omo Onile wahala. In Nigeria especially South West Nigeria, traditional land owning families and their members are known as Omo Oniles (Land Owners) who tend to be very troublesome and cunning whenever they sell lands to an interested party.

You see, anyone can own or build a house without omo-onile troubles and even still enjoy services like water, electrification, well-laid road network, drainage, security etc. meaning, you don't have to provide these factors by yourself like it is typically done in most areas in Nigeria.

Most individuals s buy a plot of land are often the ones who set up their own infrastructure like water, security, roads, gutters, electricity etc. plus they will still have to face the endless requirement of the dreaded omo-oniles.

But you see, there's a sweet alternative to all these and on this edition I want to reveal to you once and for all the sweetest alternative to owning a plot of devoid of omo-onile trouble. I mean you don't even have to deal with them at all.
